Productive Organization and Non Productive Organization

Differentiate between productive organization and non productive organization?
Asked Oct 26, 2017
Productivity Definition: Productivity is termed as a measure of the capability or performance of a person, machine, organization etc., in converting inputs into valuable outputs. The success of an organisation has a linear relationship with employees productivity.

Productive behavior is divided into job performance, organizational citizenship and innovation. These three are used to determine positive levels of an individual's behavior within an organization. Counter-productive behavior on the other hand depletes the positive effects of productive behavior in the organization.
