I have heard of urine incontinence but recently somebody told me about faecal incontinence. What does that involve?

Faecal incontinence takes place when there is involuntary passage of faeces due to constipation or diarrhoea, damage to the anal sphincter muscles or the rectum, loss of storage capacity in the rectum or pelvic floor dysfunction.
