Is there assistance for a working single parent eho misses too much work for sick child

I am a single parent, working full-time. My child gets sick frequently. She's been to the doctor numerous times. She appears to be just one of those kids who catches every cold. My brother and I were like that, too.How do I deal with this without losing my job. Is there any help for people in my situation? My family will not help. I feel like my only option is to quit and live off of assistance. I'd really rather not do that, though. I'm looking for a solution which does not include having family watch her and I am not looking for medical advice. Multiple pediatrians say she is fine.
