Is it okay downloading themes and plugins from Wordpress Soft?

I'm building a website for my personal and came through this site called https://www.wordpresssoft.com which has premium themes for sale at discount prices and has mentioned those are original. They say they are GPL licensed and open to redistribute, so is it okay downloading from the and use a theme for a site i'm about to build

Yes. you can, It is legal but you won't get support from them
