Where in Washington state should I move?

My husband and I are looking to move around the west coast area of Washington. We are both 25 years old. No kids. My husband works in the hospital as an environmental technician (housekeeper) and in the past as a laborer, fixture installer, and carpenter's apprentice. I work for CVS Health as a customer service representative in a call center. I have also been a licensed massage therapist, fashion and retail merchandiser, retail supervisor, personal assistant, and housekeeper as well. We earn roughly $45,000 per year here in Arizona total between the two of us. I am from Texas originally and he is from Ohio/Indiana area. We have 3 cats and are looking to get out of the sun and into some grey drippy weather and some snow. We are flexible on housing. Looking for a 2 bedroom 1.5 to 2 bathrooms. Apartment. Condo. Flat. House. Townhouse. Or duplex is fine by us. We prefer small to medium sized towns and cities 10,000 to 200,000 population size. We are currently in Mesa, AZ population of 500,000 plus which runs about $850 to $1,200 per month for a 2 bedroom. The husband enjoys football (go cards!), computers, gaming, and hiking. I enjoy painting, crafting, sculpting, sewing, and gardening. We are both politically set as no party preference and have mixed feelings about alot of different ideas. Definitely not interested in any extreme environment whether liberal or conservative. We just want to find a place where we fit in well. Also not a fan of a huge commute so any ideas from companies that have work from home would be a major bonus!!
