This is so frustrating! Help me please!

Last year I started going to the gym 6 times a week.
I lost weight, gained muscle and all that.
3 days lifting weights, 2 days hiit and one day to jog.

Although I clearly have abs, my belly looks soft and jiggly when I move.
How can I lose this effect???
