What would be a good training regimen for a student who wants to join the Military?

I want to join the military, and more specifically, National Guard, but I am underage. That being said, I really want to receive a good training regimen that I can use however, the only thing I have near me is a track. So if anyone could send me a good workout to get more muscle without using all that equipment, that would really help me a ton. Thanks a lot!
