Will I gain weight? (details below)

(16yrs old) So, for the last couple of months I've been restricting my calories to about 400-500 calories per day.I only ate fruits, veggies and nuts. I went on an hour long walk twice a day and did 20 minutes of working out at night. I know this is really unhealthy but I lost 40 pounds with it. Now I'm 5'8 and weigh 125-126 pounds. I want to keep my weight, but I've been craving the foods I have eaten before starting this "diet". Things like bread, cheese ect. I'm really afraid that I will gain weight if I would start eating normally(but keep this amount of exercise). I'm really afraid that my body got used to eating this little since when I started this diet I lost weight really fast but the past weeks I haven't really lost all that much weight anymore. I really want to eat things like pasta or sometimes maybe even some chocolate or ice cream again without feeling guilty and be terrified of gaining weight. Please help. Will I gain weight, I dont know what to do :C.
I read that if I want to maintain my weight I should eat about 2000 calories and eat 1700 for fat loss. But since i've been eating 400-500 per day im afraid that will be too much? idk. :c pls help

seek the help of a dietitian. I think 400 cal is too low .
be reasonable about what you need to maintain normal body function.
sometimes our ideal weight isn't always what we want it to be,
speak to a doctor right away.
