Do chinese babies use upspeak when they learn like babies learning english?

Babies exposed to English tend to use upspeak (rising tone in voice) when they ask questions or relinquish control of a conversation. Since Chinese is tonal (the rising tone is used as a part of the word), what do babies in Chinese do?
