How has guenever changed in the once and future king?

So coming from T.H. White's version of Guenever I would like to know how she's changed. To me it seems like she remains selfish throughout the entire book, I know she's a dynamic character but I just don't know exactly how she is. If you could reference to the book I would be so grateful.
