Should I take the job offer?

I have worked at my current job for three years. I started as the receptionist and I have received a pay raise promotion with a title change every year. My current work has also paid for my paralegal certificate in hopes that they would give me a paralegal job after I finish the program. Since then they have hired a new IP paralegal (we needed the help and they said it wouldn't affect my growth) and our patent attorney left. We don't have the amount of work right now to justify another paralegal. This concerned me so I started interviewing and landed an offer with the first company I interviewed for. I would only be doing patent work although I currently do patent, trademark, and copyright work. It's a $20,000 pay increase. Should I take the job offer? Will my current work ever give me a paralegal position or the compensation that goes with it? I need advice! I love the people I work with and I have mentors. I keep getting new things to learn all of the time. It's just I am significantly underpaid! What should I do?
