How can a teenager lose extra lbs fast?

I am 15 year old girl. I weight 110 lbs currently. I am recovering from an eating disorder and am now trying to lose the extra pounds a healthy way. The problem is that I just can't, and I don't understand why!? I play a lot of sports, and eat relatively healthy. I don't binge on junk food, and I even run and go to the gym. Every other part of my body other than my stomach is skinny, but though I eat and exercise no differently than other girls I know, they have a flat stomach and mine bulges out. I need help if anyone has advice, as this is leaving me increasingly frustrated and depressed.. I feel horrible about myself as I am used to being very pretty and am stuck in this tortuous cycle of comparing myself to other girls constantly.
