Is There Simple Universal Solution For Downloading Videos Offline?

Hi all,

i am looking for some simple solution how to download videos from youtube and from vimeo. Is there some universal service for this task?

I already tried large amount of online video downloaders. For me the best one at the moment is Savido. (www.savido.net). This site supports huge number of video servers. I am pretty sure that YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook will work. Please try and let me know if it works for you.
