Late period?

I recently came off the pill. I got my first natural period after 6 weeks and 1 day, and now it's been 6 weeks since that and I've had nothing Except a week of brown spotting about 3 weeks in to my cycle. I've had sex with protection and a couple of times without but used the pull out method. Should I be worried?
