Can my landlords husband camp on the property I'm renting?

I am currently renting from a couple, in Iowa. Farm house with pastures and outbuildings. My lease ended and now we are paying month to month without anything signed. The wife landlord says in the new lease that the husband has "access" to two hay pastures and outside buildings while we have the backyard, house, garage, center pasture, and chicken coop. (This is new as the lease is over). With him having "access" he has been camping in one of the pastures for multiple days. We had no 24 hour notice and are still paying to rent this property. Is he allowed to camp on the property while we are renting? He comes in and out of the main driveway multiple times a day and has given no notices. Thanks in advance.
