How do I deal with two best friends becoming best friends and leaving me out?

Two of my best friends have recently become very close friends. One of them even admitted that they kinda like the other better than me. They think it's not hurtful but it is. They hangout all the time, and I suddenly don't feel Welcom to hangout with them anymore.

Fuck 'em and feed 'em fish heads. If they need to bring you down to increase their ego, let them be. Friends come and go!

That's why I never understood the logic in people claiming or calling anyone a best friend, every friend or acquaintance that I knew had a best friend that in some way or an other did them wrong.

I think the best thing to do is just don't worry about it and let them believe that they're best friends, because why would you want to waste any of your precious time and energy on people who seem to not feel the way you do about friendship loyalty.

Maybe you should just start using the term friend instead of adding that extra word "best" putting that person on a pedestal whereby maybe psyching yourself out into believing that this person could never do you wrong, which in reality would be an illusion, or you could start calling your so called best friend your close friend instead, maybe that won't hurt as much when they do you wrong.
