First off my breakfast always consists of a bowl of branflakes, no milk, and an apple. This 1 morning I also had a banana.
Lunches consist of a ham or chicken sandwich, followed by two bourbon biscuits, a packet of crisps, and a carrot each day.
Dinner varies, but here is my dinner rota for this week:
Monday:
Four chicken Kevs and some potato salad
Tuesday:
Egg on toast with ham
Wednesday:
one portion of chips and two mini magnums
Thursday:
Potato salad and asparagus
Friday:
Spaghetti and meatballs
Saturday:
Spagetti bolognaise (Parents cook :3 )
Sunday:
I'm planning fish pies
I also tend to have two pomegranates a week, and I drink usually one, maybe two glasses of wine a week. I normally also have one packet of mint imperials, and rarely pig out on sugary foods.
I drink one around maybe 3/4 a pint of water each day at work, and one coffee (one lump, no sugar, milk). At home I then drink about a pint or two of water.
Let me know where I need improving and if I should stop doing something.
