My neighbor died last year and his car was towed.

My neighbor died last year and there hasn't been anyone in his home. Today there were two men at the home (outside)so we called police. After police let the two men go, maybe an hour or so after they left, my neighbors car was towed from his own driveway.
I would like to know what I should do..thank you.
