Can you do private party streams of your movies to anywhere online?

Some friends of mine like to get together once a week online to watch some movies. I've been playing my movies locally on my PC and streaming them to a few broadcasting sites where we all get together to watch them, but every streaming site I've tried doesn't look to fondly upon streaming movies.

Is there any kind of service that allows people to stream movies from their local machine to an online broadcasting site where friends can get together in the online space and watch?

I just know there's got to be some sort of service for that. There's certainly a demand for it. We already have many for games. Why not for movies?
