Why do I get bored after I have learnt something?

Edit
Always been like this,
-From 6 yo to 18 I have done Judo, but when I have reached the black belt, I quit.

- from 15 to 19yo I have studied music, but when I have learned some chords, scales, triades, then I quit.

- From 18 to 24 I have studied law, just graduate and quit, Hate law.

- From 24 to 29 I was working in the kitchen, when I have reached the Head Chef position, I quit.

- From 30 to 34 I have studied Accontancy, graduate and hate Accountancy, worked for a year in the field and quit. I the mean time I was working in construction as a trainee carpenter and guess what? QUIT

- Now I am 36yo working as a Maintenance Technician and I NEED to quit.

Am I a quitter? Crazy? Not responsable? or Retarded? I just can't take all this changes anymore as they ruin my finances.
Update: Ah, If I receive a promotion I am very likely to quit the next day or so
