How do I deal with mild PTSD when driving down narrow roads?

Hello everyone,
I've never done something like this before but I feel like it's getting urgent as time progresses.

I am a 20 year old girl. Exactly one month ago today I was in a tragic car accident with my friend Dennis. It was a windy narrow road, it was no way our fault, we just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Our car was totaled but he and I were both in stable condition and were lucky to be safe. Unfortunately, I can not say the same thing for the driver in the other vehicle.

My boyfriend, Sam, and I have been planning a big road trip since last summer because he will be graduating from college this year and we wanted to celebrate!

Unfortunately, I find myself having anxiety attacks when we drive through narrow roads, and we end up having to turn back.

Our road trip starts on June 4th, we've already purchased our camping equipment and our reservations for everywhere we will be staying but I need to get over driving down narrow roads or this trip will have to be canceled!

I'm at the half point from the 2 months I have to recover for the road trip but I am still having bad anxiety attacks. What should I do?
