Why do I keep dreaming the same dream.

I get onto a train to go to work, through the trains window I see the woman whom I really like standing on the opposite platform but in the dream it seems as of though we don't know each other. The train departs and I leave her behind. I then reach my station and go to work. I enter an warehouse were old tables are set out with old computers. I then look at the wall and see that the wall is actually a fence and I can see through it. The rest is very vague and then the dream repeats.

I develop in house programs for my company and recently this girl I found a liking to has the same feelings for me although I did not have a chance to exploit it yet. This dream has occurred for the last three nights and each night I dream this dream, wake up and when I try to sleep again it happens again.

Many people have the same or a similar dream many times, over either a short period of time or their lifetime. Recurring dreams usually mean there is something in your life you've not acknowledged that is causing stress of some sort. The dream repeats because you have not corrected the problem.
