My boyfriend will say "do you want to have sex?""constantly until I say yes, how to say no to sex?

My boyfriend always asks for sex. He will look at me and repeatedly ask, in literally like 5 minutes, do you want to have sex? do you ? Should we have sex? Do you want to ? Yes or no ? You have to tell me now?? And I feel really pressured so I just end up saying yes, how do I say no without hurting his feelings ?

Just say " Im not feeling up to it today" or every once in a while say your on your period.
