You lend someone an ID and it gets taken by cop, then lend another one to that person. What happens?

If I lend an ID to someone who is underage and they have it taken by the cops (but the cops cannot prove that that person had used it) without getting charged nothing serious would happen, correct? What would happen if I lent another ID to that same person and it got taken again (second time). Would I be charged for anything if I reported it as lost, even though the same person "found" both. Also would it be considered a second offense for them if they have the first one on record, even if they didn't charge him? What if they were taken in different states? Does that information transfer over from state to state if there was no arrest?
