I am tired of this Teacher after she yelled at us today, should I report her?

Okay well a chair fell over and then she lost her temper and she screamed us "OKAY I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING A 3RD GRADE TEACHER FOR YOU IDIOTS! YOU ACT ALL LIKE IDIOTS AND I AM SICK OF IT ! MOST OF YOU AREN'T EVEN DONE WITH THIS GOD DANG WORK!!!!! NOW STOP IT AND GROWUP AND GET THIS WORK DONE NOW!!!!!" and then this boy named Daniel said "But what about-" and then she screamed at him "I DON'T CARE DANIEL NOW GET YOU WORK DONE AND SHUT UP!!!!!!" and I got nearly all of it on video I really hate this teacher now and I am ready to report her.SHould I?
