What is the angle and persona of an essay?

I have to write a Review for English 1001 and I chose to write a review of a certain gym franchise. In my prewriting assignment, there is a space asking for my angle of the essay, as well as a space asking for the persona of the essay. Can anyone elaborate on what these consist of or what she is needing to know? Thank you in advance
