Is coordination can be used as an offense to dismissed my employment?

A colleague from work insisting on my assistance to get the rejected allowances to post in the pre-payroll which I refused to do. Due to his arrogance and threatening attitude of the way he is asking me, I was obliged to the procedure of sending an email to their department directly addressed to his manager and copy to him, to do it by himself. Wherein he works at the same department. Is it legal to accused me of coordination?
