Computer Help ASAP Please . It turns on but I get no signal on my monitor

I just bought a new mobo , Ram , processor and put them all in all cords were plugged in looked on my monitor after turning it on 'no signal' idk why nothing showing up !! Is something fried? I also.plugged my phone into the mobo and it charged so

It's really so irritating problem, but it's not a big problem. Recently I have faced the same on my new computer, but thanks to Brian Joseph (my dearest friend), he suggested my one site named sisytech.net really you can't believe that he repaired my computer within a shortest time period.
