Is it correct in English?

Hello,

I'm preparing presentation about myself for job interview. English is not my first language. Please - is it correct to use such sentence:
"I am one of your brick, where the need to move where".

I am trying answering not in my first language, were I if, I will say " where the need, where to move"

Or , exchanges is.

Or the need of which "to" following "move" there is is needed.

I am not a native speaker, just for fun!

I think that sentence is not more good for such like job interview u should go through from that video u will find what u should do .
