Can you go to a previous save on powerpoint?

I was on my home computer working on a power point, then I saved it on a flashdrive and worked on it on another computer. I saved it again on my flashdrive, on the same file. When I got back to my home computer, I plugged in my flashdrive and I saw that the earlier version of the powerpoint I was working on was still open. Then, stupidly, I saved it and basically deleted my hour of hard work. Is there any way I can get my work back?
