Need a diet plan to gain weight?

Hey everyone im a skinny guy 20 years old and 6 feet tall 65kg weight and I play martial arts and now I decided to do bodybuilding with martial arts together.So kindly tell me a diet plan
what should I have to eat and
what should be the supplements and
what should be the routines ?

Eat at least 3 Meals a day (including snacks)

You want to eat a lot of protein. Things like peanut butter. Protein will definitely make you gain muscle if you exercise along with eating it.

Really you have taken a very right decision in right time. To keep body healthy and muscle growth you have to be serious about following things:
1- Stay on proper diet.
2- Take food more times in a day but must eat low carbohydrate, Low-calorie food. Avoid foods containing saturated fat, added salt, added sugars and alcohol.
3- Drink lot of water
4- Physical exercise which is mostly needed for you. Lifting weights, Running, walking briskly, biking at a casual pace etc are mostly needed.
