Advice about mineral rights

I have mineral rights should I keep them?

Depends on many things, such as there are many Oklahoma Counties that have no oil or gas production where most other counties already have producing wells. Most if not all discoveries have been found. Oil is high and so if your minerals are in a good oil window it would be a good time to sell but if it is in a mostly gas area it may not be the best time to sell. If you want to contact me I help people with understanding just what their mineral rights might be worth, if they are located in a good area and if there is any activity in the area.
I purchase mineral rights in many states like North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Wyoming and have been buying mineral rights for many years also giving loans with minerals as the collateral. I have been purchasing mineral rights and royalty for many years, be certain to call me before you sell too low to someone else.Visit
