SOMEBODY PLEASE! im craving this food so bad, pot roast marinaded in red wine oj and soy sauce plz

Please if somebody done this please tell me if its good how do I marinade it
What red wine is good for this meat and im using orange juice do I have to use lemon juice to?
And how many minutes or hours per pound?
And do I cook it in that special oven bag?
Im 17 I never done this before but I do cook so I can do it
