Breakfast nook in small kitchen.

So my husband and I live in a single wide 3 bedroom 2 bathroom trailer with our two boys and our dog. The trailer is beautiful but just small. Since this is what we can afford right now until I get out of law school. We are looking for pieces of furniture that will maximize the space that we have. Right now in the kitchen we have a round wrought iron 5 piece table set. It's nice but it takes up space in the middle of the kitchen. I was looking at breakfast nooks and was thinking it may work in our kitchen. But I have questions. My main concern is the setup. Does all of the back supports have to be on a wall for it to be stable? We only have one wall to put it on, will that work? Thank you!
