Am I eligible to apply to thomas jefferson high for science and technology if I took support math

I have been in IEP since the 1st grade and I want to apply to Thomas Jefferson high for science and technology but the requirements are to take algebra one or higher and the three years I have been in middle school I have been in support math (IEP) but I got good grades and it had algebra one taught in that class I usually got a's b's and very few c's am I eligible to apply? And I know I can handle a challenging class
