What are the best companies for converting 8mm films to digital?

We convert a lot of 16mm film to DVD for both amateur customers, professional independent movie producers and government agencies like NASA. DVD is a decent format but it only gets about 1/3 the resolution of the film. BluRay would be a much better choice. But, not all customers have or plan to get a BluRay player anytime soon.
