How can you tell if a poster is really signed

I bought a poster that was advertised as 'signed'. Is there a way to tell if it's actually been physically signed by someone with a marker of if the signature is just printed on there?

I had no idea what category to put this in, sorry if there is a better place for it, if there is I couldn't find it :)
