"Please do not power off or unplug your machine" Why?

Hi! I opened my laptop at 4 a.m. (Indian time) and then it didn't start, it just continuously start saying,"Please do not power off or unplug your machine .installing update 1 of 1." till now (7 a.m.) My laptop is showing this for 3 hours. What to do now ? I doubt it is installing the window 10 (because today is 29 july)but not sure . And also please tell me How long does it take.

Please do not power off or unplug your machine this message can be seen every machines as we may noticed on the reboot Windows will be finishing off the updates. Wait until it's done. Normally it's pretty quick at that point. When it's done booting I would check for more Windows Updates.

Power on and off not always works. It is necessary to first observe the issue with the machinery and then take any suitable actions. If you are not able to deal with that, you can hire professional repair or maintenance services.
