I read an article on Forbes magazine about impacts of outsourcing a business increased ROI. But that article doesn't talked about what impact it will have on my employees if I outsource their tasks to some other people. Is it a good practice to do so and how it will affect my employees.

Outsourcing benefits businesses no matter what part of your business you are about to outsource because sometimes doing it on your own can be very costly on your part especially if you are not an expert in it. It is better to get it somewhere else.
