How outsourcing a business can help me in employee management?

I read an article on Forbes magazine about impacts of outsourcing a business increased ROI. But that article doesn't talked about what impact it will have on my employees if I outsource their tasks to some other people. Is it a good practice to do so and how it will affect my employees.

Outsourcing of any business is done to manage your resources properly and efficiently. As per business analysts, outsourcing is not reducing manpower but shifting your manpower. In other words, shifting manpower from boring, frustrating tasks to more challenging tasks for increased employee satisfaction.

Outsourcing benefits businesses no matter what part of your business you are about to outsource because sometimes doing it on your own can be very costly on your part especially if you are not an expert in it. It is better to get it somewhere else.

There are many costs of hiring new workers that can slip under employers' radars. Small-business owners need to pay unemployment taxes, workers compensation insurance, Medicare and Social Security taxes and training costs. It can be more cost-effective to outsource the work rather than hire workers.
