Weight loss plan for teen and how much should I weigh?

I am a 15 year old male who is 5 10 and I currently weigh 196 pounds. I've been losing weight (I lost 34 pounds so far) but I'm always hungry. Any good weight loss tips that will make me feel more full while still losing weight and also what is a healthy weight for me? (I have a little bit of muscle but its still mostly fat.
