Help upgrading my PC

WARNING!! im a noob here. Will I be able to put these items in my computer or do I need to buy other things as well. AND will my pc be able to play games like dayz without lag. these are the things im planning on buying:

Graphics card
MSI Radeon HD 7850 2GB
