Whats a good place to live that is good with good people?

Somewhere quiet with no nosey annoying children, (a whole house because you can hear anything neighbors make in units) one bedroom is fine but is fine to make your own noise when your not really noisey. That is not nosey and is tolerant and not gossipy backstabbing and doesn't listen to or spread rumors, isn't covert or libelous. For a person who likes to travel, and wants freedom for their own space and that is not mentally distrubing.
