What does my neighbor want?

Kid over fence said "power ball." The guy said Power Ball! Crazy women he was angry. Then he kid next door yelled "power ball" I know he was being mean 2 me that all I know. When I give people things they want they refuse me. When I try to be friends with people they refuse and harass me or end up talking bad behind my back and they think I'm selfish when I start to get success on ANY thing. When I dress well they humiliate me.
