My neighbor spreads libel

I heard her tell people that I'm illiegally going out with 7 guys. And then I heard someone at a shop look at the other person and said "she's illiegally going out with 7 men having illiegal relationships."
She also acts like she genuinely cares and seems totally undoubtedly genuine to my face.
I am a recluse.

She did more and I suspect she will do more.
She also hates my ambition and belittles my work.
