Please help with my beauty course?

I want to become a beautician here in Portsmouth which obviously requires a degree or certificate. I have already done a professional beauty course from different country, and now I want to do a course in UK.
i am looking for a beauty course which is for people with previous knowledge.
Where can I find the course for people with previous knowledge?
Please answer urgently, it will be much appreciated. THANK U.
