I have a blogspot through blogger but I can not get a new page to show on the main page.

I had a blog spot set up for me once and it has a tab that says about me. I wanted to make another tab on that blog spot so all I had to do was add a page but this new one I am setting up myself wont show the new pages I am trying to add.
