Issue with windows 7 alt-tabbing

Ok so, I usually play games on my PC in fullscreen mode(at all times if possible), the thing is: I like to alt-tab to check out other stuff whilst the game is loading.

For example I alt-tab out of Counter-strike:Global Offensive to check out facebook or whatnot. Once CS:GO has finished loading, I tab back in to play.

Only that once I go back into the game, windows automatically tabs me out to the desktop again and forcing me to alt-tab back in. It is really frustrating. I thank any and all answers which might help :)
