My name is Stanislav. I am from Ukraine. I like reading interesting blogs. There are a lot of them on the Internet. There is a lot of interesting stuff on the Internet but it is in English. I am fluent in English and I have been working as a translator for some time now.
So, I would like to translate some posts (maybe, entire blogs) into Russian. I am pretty sure that it will be interesting for other people in my country.
It seems to me that I can not do that without the prior consent of the author concerned. How can I obtain such consent? What are the international rules for that? Does anyone know where I can find any information about that?
