Why am I still bleeding!?

I have been on my menstrual cycle since I had my son in August 2012. The blood smells like rotten meat and my ovaries and where my uterus are hurt with even the slightest bit of pressure. When I've went to the hospital they just shove it off like it's nothing and don't even give me a pelvic exam or anything they just say it's normal and I know it's not especially after this long. Anything you can think of that may be the problem please let me know. I'm so tired of nonstop bleeding.

HONEY!!!!! GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR RIGHT NOW AND TELL THEM WHAT'S GOING ON!!!!!

Not to scare you or anything, but you may be in serious sexual danger. My aunt had a 9-month period, and she can't have kiddos now and she has to take medication. Her fallopian tubes and ovaries were blocked. Good luck and I'm praying you'll be fine!!!
