How many time a day should a teenager sleep,and how many should a teenager miss school?

the rhynovirous I only sleep twice a day when I get it and I miss school only day . it my third time getting it. I drink green lemon with honey and I heat it up for 30 second , should I drink it cold? please answer this questions as soon and fast as possible .
